The design for this chair is inspired by contemporary African elements. The name 'Mua' is from a small town in Malawi.

The Mua chair is a large chair that can be used for the dining room or as an occasional chair. It is not quite large enough for a lounge chair application. This is an ideal chair for someone looking for a dining chair that offers a comfortable amount of sitting area.

The wood used in the images is Oak. However, this chair can be made for covered patio use if we make it with Iroko or African Teak.

The features for this chair besides the space it offers is a removable upholstered back-rest and seat cushion for storage purposes. These removable features make this chair a great candidate for hospitality venues since it can be easily stored.
